• "Platform" refers to DreamLink Online Shopping.
• "Vendor" refers to any individual or business entity that lists products for sale on the platform.
• "Buyer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing products on the platform.
• "User" refers to anyone accessing or using the platform, including vendors and buyers.
• "Products" refer to any goods listed for sale by vendors.
• "Logistics Partner" refers to the shipping service provider offered by DreamLink Online Shopping for vendor deliveries.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to DreamLink Online Shopping.

2. Vendor Registration & Account

2.1 Eligibility

Vendors must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sell goods. Vendors must provide accurate business information, including a valid email, phone number, and bank account details for payments.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. They must ensure all business information is accurate and up to date and comply with local laws and regulations related to their products.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account if false or misleading information is provided, fraudulent activities occur, or any terms mentioned in this document are violated.

3. Product Listing & Selling Rules

3.1 Product Guidelines

Vendors can list only legal and authorized products. Products must be described accurately, including price, images, and specifications. Prohibited items include illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, and products that violate intellectual property rights.

4. Order Processing, Shipping & Logistics

Vendors must process and ship orders within the agreed timeframe. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the vendor must notify the buyer and cancel the order promptly.

4.2 Shipping Options

Vendors can choose between self-shipping and DreamLink’s Logistics Partner. If using the platform’s logistics partner, shipping charges will be deducted from the final payout.

5. Payments & Earnings

Vendors will receive payments after order completion and applicable deductions. Payments are processed after the return period ends.

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Vendors must clearly specify their return policies. If a buyer returns a product, the vendor is responsible for handling the return process. DreamLink may intervene in disputes if necessary.

7. Vendor Responsibilities & Conduct

Vendors must not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or misleading practices. They must not attempt to complete sales outside the platform.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Vendors must not list counterfeit or trademarked goods without authorization. DreamLink reserves the right to use product images and descriptions for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

DreamLink Online Shopping acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts due to policy violations, repeated complaints, or unpaid platform fees.

11. Amendments & Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Vendors will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes must be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or legal proceedings.
